1. What is eligible for a refund
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- If you enroll in a course or purchase a product but find that it is not what was described, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
- The request must be made before you have completed more than 20% of the course content.
- The refund applies only to digital products and courses sold directly via our website.
2. What is not eligible for refund
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- If you have completed more than 20% of the course content.
- If you have downloaded or accessed substantial parts of a digital product beyond what is reasonable for preview.
- Any fees already incurred for services or parts of the program already delivered.
- Custom or personalized coaching or mentoring sessions once scheduled or delivered.
3. How to request a refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at CONTACT@quranmemorizationmethod.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
- We may ask for proof that you attempted to use the program (login records, screenshots, etc.), to verify eligibility under section 1.
- If your request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Partial Refunds or Credits
- In some cases, where only part of the course has been completed, we may offer a partial refund or a credit toward another course/product.
- The amount will be prorated based on how much of the content has been used, in accordance with the “20% usage” rule above.
5. Non-Refundable Fees
- Transaction or processing fees charged by payment gateways (e.g. credit card fees) may not be refundable.
- Any applicable taxes retained under local law may also not be refundable once the purchase is completed.
6. Changes to this Refund Policy
- We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time.
- Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
- Changes will not apply retroactively to purchases already made, unless we explicitly state otherwise.
